How does your business make money?

ExpertHelp charges between $27 and $57 per question to connect one-one-one with a live Expert online. We also charge for upgrades, like Phone and Remote support ($30 and $20) and we keep a small % of Expert tips.

I put nearly 10 years into building the ExpertHelp "System" and growing the business primary with PPC. We got the business up to nearly 80k one month. Most of our revenue came from third-party technical support.

Recently both Google and Bing have banned tech support companies from advertising on their platform. Last year around this time we lost most all of our Google Ads revenue when they banned technical support (our Google Ads account is still active). Just recently our Bing account was suspended due to third party tech support.

There is great potential for someone who has the time and energy to use non PPC methods (such as SEO/SMM/partnerships) to grow the business. I want to spent more time with my family and explore other opportunities.
