How can the future owner improve this business?
The future owner should focus more on diversifying the traffic and including Google Adwords campaigns, SEO for more Google organic traffic, growing the social accounts even bigger, making a very good funnel for higher profits from the back end of the business, adding more apparel to the store and including POD products. I could also try international sales as now I am selling only to USA clients. I will provide 30 days training after the sale of the website to help the new owner transition into his new business and be able to achieve same results as i am achieving now. All connections with suppliers will be transferred to new owner. The domain will be transferred and the Facebook ad account will be shared with the new owner. All social profiles and email list plus brand logo and images will also be transferred to the new owner.
