Glance is a monthly subscription service (SaaS) that aggregates data from over 20 sources (Twitter, Facebook, Shopify, etc.) and makes it available in an online dashboard with reports, alerts, and chatbot interface via the popular workplace chat app Slack.

The service has been running mostly on auto-pilot for the past 3 years with almost no development or customer support time spent.

How does your business make money?

We offer a paid monthly subscription service. We have 3 paid tiers at $9 per month, $99 per month, and $999 per month.

Glance has a steady stream of new customers with no marketing spend. The customer base is currently over 4,700 with an average of 52 new customers per month over the past 12 months. Most customers are small to medium size businesses and discover Glance via the Slack app directory. It is currently listed in the top 25 apps on the Slack app directory in both the analytics (https://slack.com/apps/category/At0G5YTKU2-analytics) and marketing (https://slack.com/apps/category/At0EFRCDQU-marketing) categories. This has been as high as #10 with minimal paid marketing of less than $100/month.

Maintenance and customer support combined currently take 1-2 hours per month. The new owner should be familiar with or have someone on staff who is familiar with Node.js.
