All My Friends Are Models is an online publication which humanizes the beauty behind the modeling industry. The magazine has a series of continual articles, posts and interviews with recognizable names in the creative world which talk about breaking down the stereotypes. The magazine covers all topics ranging from fashion, beauty, travel and health. We also hold world class events which bring forward some of the more pressing issues in the media, these events have been where we have gained the most press, recognition and sponsorship dollars. We also have a very strong social media presence and online following.
How does your business make money?
AMFAM holds value in multiple ways, and has endless expansion and growth opportunities. With strong alliance in the elite fashion world, the brand is recognized as the highest form of content, strong influence, and unparalleled event opportunities, which gives as hugh windows for advertising revenue and sponsorship dollars. There is also preexisting relationships with brands which have resulted in design collaborations, and paid posting on social media and on the website. We also hold multiple ticketed events, and raise sponsorship dollars with brands to have there name featured alongside us at these high profile events. We are also often paid to align with brands on hosting events (because of our guest list curation and current alliances).
Why should someone buy this business?
AMFAM is the next Vice Magazine but with zero competition in the modeling world. There is NO one else doing what we do, and the press just LOVES what we stand for. The topic of health, beauty and having a strong female voice is so relevance and progressive and we already have paved the way in terms of gaining a strong alliance and global brand recognition in this field.
There is endless ways that AMFAM can expand and make streams of different revenues with the right team working full time. The website, business structure, and online branding is already so strong and set up. All I need is a buyer who can give more time to this than I was able to. It has proven time and time again that we can make good decent money, my only problem was - I just did not have enough time to do it.
How can the future owner improve this business?
I had MASSIVE dreams for AMFAM - expanding into a huge office space with several wings for different revenue streams, an events team working full time, a sales team bringing in the advertising dollars, a modeling wing for contributors, a fast news section and an editorial wing for shooting paid content and featuring it online.
However six months after I launched AMFAM I was scouted for an opportunity I could not resist (which still complimented AMFAM, as a result I was able to work simultaneously on both) however each year that passed I got busier and had two children, and my time was sacrificed immensely - and I just couldn't inject the same amount of energy into AMFAM that it needed. I realized that the magazine needs a full time team, and I am now willing to find someone to take over the reigns. I am happy to still stay heavily involved with the brand should that be a prerequisite for the sale.

About the Seller
My name is Sasha Benz, and I am an Australian born female entrepreneur who currently calls New York home.
My career began as a stylist working for the likes of Vogue, Harpers Bazaar and Vs, and was scouted to take the title of Creative Director at New Yorks most recognizable venue, The Surf Lodge very shortly after launching All My Friends Are Models.
I have gained world wide press on all the ventures I have been involved with, including my most recent project called Cinq app.
I think my name and affiliation to this company holds alot of value, and I would be open to exploring a sale which would allow my involvement in helping the buyer takeover the brand and expand with my original vision.
AMFAM is valuable as a brand, and its reputation proceeds itself. Not only do we have actual assets; like the domain and trademark (which could have endless merch opportunities) but the website, social media following and database is not something which is easily acquired.
