Business Description

The website dropships jewellery items such as watches and rings through AliExpress, Shopify & Oberlo. We have customers in UK, US, CA, AU, NZ.

What you're buying is a site with a huge revenue base, many imported products and a working design/system. All products are dropshipped through Oberlo so it's extremely easy to run.

The site has been operating under heavy FB advertising, with a "FREE - Just Pay Shipping" method to tactically grow a customer base for future marketing of products.

This method no longer works and isn't supported by FB so the FB ads account is disabled, so you would have to now switch to Bing or Google or another network, start performing SEO and email marketing or rebrand the site and launch with FB again.

We do all orders through Oberlo, which also gives 5-6% cashback through affiliate, for even more revenue.

How does your business make money?

The site was originally making money by FB ads, but FB started to disable marketing for dropshipping recently. Going forward, you won't be able to replicate the success we've had without some work since the majority of the sales are through FB. Which is why the site is going for a bargain.

Over 110,000 emails from people who have used the site and willingly given their email, which is amazing for email marketing. All these people are after watches/jewellery offers.

We're not good at email marketing but with a single email campaign we can make in 1-2 hours it'll bring in around 1-3k USD in revenue, each email. We send one email per month only to ensure the list isn't saturated.

Why should someone buy this business?

With over 750k USD lifetime spend, the site has a rich customer base. These people are proving willing to spend money and have received little email marketing.

There have been over 40,000 orders on the website. This means there are many people who have spent money on the website to remarket to.

This is a strong start for a new business, you can instantly turn a few thousand a month by email marketing and recurring revenue, or grow the business into something bigger and more legit.

The customer list is the most powerful asset. You could re-launch the site under a new name, setup FB ads and import the emails to target watch buyers and build a huge website with real, private brand products.

We have NEVER uploaded the email list to FB. The list has only been used for monthly emails, so it's far from saturated. Uploading the list with a lookalike audience could provide HUGE results, and create a massive business with an email list this size.

Our only focus was growth.

How can the future owner improve this business?

  • Customer support of previous orders. Provide a better support system / hire VA.
  • Long delivery times from China.
  • Selling the same watches you can buy from AliExpress.

Going forward, our plan would suggest:

  1. Rebrand the site with a new name.
  2. Start selling your own private label watches and jewelry, like a real company would.
  3. Start using Facebook and targeting the huge userbase of emails the site comes with, for a big income.
  4. Grow the site into a real, big jewellery brand.

There's a huge potential for this website for someone that can rebrand it.

I'm an honest seller, I made the site as a side project and it ended up making more money than I expected. I'm selling it because I don't have the time to put into it anymore, and I've been doing it for too long.

My passion relies in software development, until November 2018 I was a full-time software developer and ran this site on the side. I'm now looking to return to software.
