PianoReport has reviews and showcases digital pianos and accessories for digital pianos. We purchased this property a year ago here on Flippa (https://flippa.com/9549960-pianoreport-com) for $49,500. The site has consistently ranked for keywords in the piano niche and brings in a nice, steady stream of income. The piano niche is lucrative, with people regularly buying $1000+ pianos, resulting in a terrific RPM for our traffic.
Unfortunately, since our purchase one year ago, we focused more on other properties that we determined have greater potential (can be expanded to more topics). We did publish a few articles every month, which resulted in approximately 10% more traffic than what the site was getting when we bought it. We haven't done a very good job of finding good products on Amazon to link to. Many articles have links to products that no longer exist on Amazon or are older versions. Updating this should help the future owner increase profits.

Why should someone buy this business?
The site is generating over $1,000/mo with practically zero work from us. We've spread ourselves a bit too thin with all the websites we've built and we simply cannot give this site the attention it deserves. Updating the top articles and publishing new content would go a long way in improving revenue.
How can the future owner improve this business?
There are some pretty good buyers guides on the site that could definitely use an update to showcase newer models. You could also look into other instrument niches to expand outside of the piano niche.
A couple other ideas we entertained that did not get executed:
1) We wanted to build a piano teacher directory. In exchange for the additional visibility, a teacher could display a badge on their website saying they are a pianoreport accredited instructor, further boosting our SEO rankings.
2) Similar to pianomart, you could in theory allow people to list their old pianos and take a small cut as an additional revenue stream.
