We are structured as an LLC and have a license to practice real estate in the state of Illinois. We also have a partner broker in Kentucky (#1 in his office, #22 in Lexington, #78 in all of KY). Our proprietary algorithm has been tested independently and allows for us to add off-market properties on our website through the upload of a CSV with property information, which pulls the images from Google street view automatically. Our professionally designed AWS redshift databases allow for us to quickly query property information.

I have taken a full-time role. However, the tech, algorithm, customer lists, and brand that was built over the last 2 years can be supercharged by an acquirer. I want to see Company succeed in big ways, and this is the best way to get it there.
