VeganBits.com (http://www.veganbits.com) was started in 2007 as a labour-of-love by my wife and me. It is a food, health, and news blog dedicated to the vegan lifestyle. The site provides visitors with information on the vegan way-of-life, helpful tips, recipes, news, videos, advice, and recommendations on plant-based food, health-related issues, and environmental issues. Vegan Bits also provides comprehensive reviews of related products. All of the articles were written by me and my wife. There are numerous, comprehensive, well-researched articles about all aspects of veganism. Several of these articles rank very highly on Google. It receives 10,000 monthly visitors.
There is an associated Vegan Bits Instagram account, with nearly 16,000 followers, all of which were acquired naturally; none were paid for. The Instagram account is growing rapidly, having amassed nearly 16,000 followers in just two years. Much of the discussion on current vegan issues and products occurs here with followers clicking over to the website.

How does your business make money?
VeganBits.com generates revenue primarily through ezoic (a Google-certified partner and the world’s largest ad-testing platform which allows digital publishers to streamline and automate the optimization of their ads, layouts, infrastructure, and more.) The site also makes money through affiliate marketing on Amazon.
Why should someone buy this business?
VeganBits.com is well-established, has a valuable 12-year-old domain, very good page authority, 10,000 monthly visitors, and a large community of active Instagram followers. The site generates almost $100 per month with minimal involvement. The vegan niche is growing rapidly. The Economist indicated that 2019 is “The Year of the Vegan.” New products appear on the market every week. There is a tremendous opportunity for growth in this niche.
The website is comprised of original, well-researched content and reviews. There are currently more than 1,400 pages of content including 67 product review articles. Many of these articles provide comprehensive research; several articles exceed 1,000 words. The opportunity to build on the site and grow the Instagram following is enormous. Products and services in the vegan and plant-based niche are rapidly gaining in popularity. The site provides a passive income stream and requires very little time commitment to maintain.
Why are you selling this business?I started the Vegan Bits blog with my wife 12 years ago, when we first went vegan. Originally, we had no intention to market anything on our site, we were simply doing it as a way to learn about veganism. We both learn better by researching things (old school habits). We soon developed a community of dedicated followers. Over time, we were approached by vendors asking us to do product reviews. Then we put in a few Amazon affiliate links. With very little effort, we were bringing in enough to cover the expenses of managing our blog. Our thoughts were that, eventually one of us would quit our jobs and take this on full time in order to put some energy into actually making money. But as with all things, time passed, and we're both happy in our jobs, and while the blog and its related Instagram account are still something we believe in, neither of us actually has the time to grow it into what it could become, so it is time for you to take over Vegan Bits and bring it to its full potential.
