Facts and Figures
The site was set up initially as a way of getting leads for sales of underfloor heating and electric heaters. In actuality it proved more useful (to me) as a site for adsense income.
How does your business make money?
adsense: it has made about $370 in total over the last 3 years. Not a big figure but not bad considering the minimal effort we put into the site.
Why should someone buy this business?
Good traffic (see reports); high revenue keywords for adsense.
Why are you selling this business? My wife and I have set up websites for our cleaning businesses and other ventures over the years. We also set up lots of WP sites for friends. We never really invested much time in SEO or marketing. We are very busy working full-time in steady jobs and have decided to eliminate unnecessary distractions and expenses. This site has the potential to make a little money for someone who has the time to maintain and develop it. The costs are minimal: I estimated 20 dollars a year to cover the domain name renewal and hosting. We don't have Google Analytics on this site; we used another one called statcounter.com, and we can give you access to this. The site averages about 827 page views per month on average. Views and adsense revenue are much higher in the winter months (since the site is about heating).

About the Seller
My wife and I have enjoyed IT and website creation for many years and this interest has led to her current job as IT manager for a retailer. I have successfully worked as e-commerce manager for a retail organization also.
