Business Description

Teeuzi is a software as a service brand that has three proprietary SaaS under the existing brand. Each of these services automate uploading processes to different print on demand marketplaces. There is little maintenance and few updates required. Email list of 122 current and former customers, prospects email list of 47.

How does your business make money?

Subscription based service and a few affiliate offers occasionally. As of end of 2018 the software has grossed $6862.47. After operating costs, for the last 10 months it is averaging $409 per month in cleared recurring revenue.

(New owner upon transfer will have to get the customers to transfer over to their paypal account by asking the customer to re-optin to the subscription.)

Why should someone buy this business?

Still a lot of growth left in this business by joining Etsy groups and working on the existing private Facebook group of 576 members. I spend about 2-3 hours a month on this software and that is mostly with customer service questions and an occasional software update and push. Other than that is is all hands off. Low maintenance, recurring income, low/no stress.

How can the future owner improve this business?

Join Etsy groups and other print on demand groups and engage members to become members. Run ads to drive traffic. Also can interact with the members in the private Facebook group and make affiliate offers there. There are currently 576 members in that group, many of which could be converted into new customers. The Facebook group and the email lists will be transferred to the new owner.

The new owner can also add more features which should attract more customers. They can also add a few additional features and then increase the price.

I coded the software myself and has its own licensing system. Licensing system also will push out any future updates automatically. I will also pass along the source code and you can also come back to me to provide you with updates should you need them. And we will pass along the licensing system. My partner will also help transfer the website and licensing system over to the new owner's server for $500.
