Business Description

Yoga|Merge is an on demand yoga subscription business with multiple revenue streams, including subscription revenue via Vimeo OTT and Amazon Prime Video (simply look up Yogamerge in Amazon).

The business was originally established in 2013 and provides 300+ yoga videos that are accessible via yogamerge.com on a subscription basis or via Amazon Prime Video for free (supported via ads). I am the second owner of the business and have freshened up the website but besides that haven't really engaged in any social media activity or customer acquisition.
Looking at the metrics, Yogamerge is really poised for success and growth. It gets about 4k visits/month and currently has 22 paying subscribers. The lifetime value per subscriber is hovering at around $200. There are around 5500 Facebook fans and 1500 IG followers that have not been engaged at all in well over a year.

The LTV (lifetime value) per customer reinforces the potential in customer acquisition via social or display/search ads. Even if you spend $100 acquiring a customer, you're still profitable due to the high LTV metric. In addition to the subscription component of this business there is also Amazon Prime Video direct that continues to bring in revenue on auto-pilot and is growing significantly. In fact, the business is growing on auto-pilot (refer to attached P & L) for both the subscription side and the Prime Video side of the business.

I have been working on a hemp business (selling CBD specifically) and that has consumed me for the last year or so and that's why I haven't worked on growing/scaling this particular business. There are many avenues that can be pursued to grow this business, including: Being active on social again (fitness/yoga people verify the business via social channels) and more importantly to begin paid advertising to grow the subscription side of the business due to the high LTV that supports the ad spend. Lastly, creating additional videos would help increase Amazon Prime Video revenue. I have spoken with many yoga instructors on Upwork that have indicated their willingness to create yoga classes for around $50/video.

With a little effort this business has the potential to scale rapidly using paid advertising. I'm looking forward to seeing what someone does with it!

How does your business make money?

The business generates revenue via subscriptions (Vimeo OTT) and Amazon Prime Video (just search for Yogamerge on Amazon to see the videos). Also, please refer to the P & L as well as the screenshots for revenue proof.

Please note that you will need to create your OWN Amazon Prime Video account and upload the videos I'm providing to you. After the sale has transacted via Escrow I will delete all videos in my Amazon Prime Video account. I've contacted Amazon support about this and they do not allow account transfers.

Why are you selling this business?

It's difficult for me to let go of this business because of the tremendous opportunity here but I am selling this business as I am very passionate about the hemp industry and am focusing on growing a CBD e-commerce website. I need the capital to invest into that business, otherwise I would have loved to keep this one as well.
