Business Description

HiCom Solutions (https://hicomsolutions.com.au/) sell mobile app templates and customisation services online. App templates include a social ecommerce marketplace app, buyer and seller marketplace app, live score football app, uber style taxi app, on demand job service app. The main marketing channel used by HiCom Solutions is Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, SEO as well as the sourcecode marketplaces CodeCanyon, Codester and Sellmyapp, where I also sell the apps. We also have a database of 7000 subscribers. It currently costs us AU$2.35 per lead for paid advertising. We rank on page 1 on Google for the keywords "app template cutomization" "app source code customization" and on page 2 for the keywords "mobile app templates" and "app template." Our apps are made by a team of 7-10 cost-effective, experienced consultants/developers located in Hanoi, Vietnam, who are prepared to continue to work for the new owner of HiCom Solutions. We update the source code of each app regularly and this is then available for download by the purchaser. We have two licenses available for purchase — a single license, whereby a user can use the source code once and not sell the app and a multi license whereby the user can publish the app more than once and re-sell the source code. A multi license is 2 or 3 times as expensive as the single license. HiCom Solutions was set up in 2011 in Vietnam but began trading in Australia from February 2015.

How does your business make money?

HiCom Solutions makes money from the sale of over 70 customised mobile (Android and iOS) app templates. Buyers purchase the source code and HiCom Solutions provide customisation services to tailor the app for their specific needs.

Why should someone buy this business?

How can the future owner improve this business?

The future owner can improve the business by developing a better price strategy and working on operations. They can continue to develop new and existing mobile apps and even expand to website development and templates.
