The likelihood is then confirmed by way of a homeowner survey which is repeated again after 4 or 6 months. Real esate agents can subscribe to Predicted Property on a monthly or annual basis, and receive instant notifications on seller leads before properties are listed and come up for sale. A winner of "2018 Real Estate Standard Organization for Innovative Competition", this unique real estate technology company currently has 25 subscribers, a 10% churn rate and a life time value per customer of USD$1950. Current clients include Century 21, KW Keller Williams, Berkshire Hathaway and Sotheby's International Beauty.

We make money from the sale of subscriptions to real estate agents, allowing them to access predictive property data.

Why should someone buy this business?

PP uses a predictive, proven business model. Current expenses are low and include server costs, customer service, CRM, subscription management and intercompany communication software and applications. We have a list of more than 1 million realtors in the USA and use 20 different variables to determine predictions — a weighted average system based on property and owner characteristics. We purchase data at USD$0.02 per property. This system could easily form the basis for a computer learning model. With the right owner, the business could be scaled quickly and sales could increase 10 fold. Our predictions have approximately 70% accuracy. The tech stack we use is Rails, Digital Ocean, AWS and SQL. The new owner does not require any specific skills however a level of technical skills are required from time to time. We had a team of sales reps about 8 months ago but currently have no employees. We have developers in Indonesia and a call/customer service team in the Philippines.

My personal attempt scale this business made me realize that I am a great creator but not a great operator. A more experienced business operator could scale this business with more ease and cost efficiency.
