How can the future owner improve this business?
Marketing, marketing, marketing. I am an operations person and relied on my children to handle the marketing which worked for a very short time. Collaboration with bloggers and subscription promotion sites as well as a better social media marketing plan (FB, IG, SC, YT, etc.). Also the future owner could chose to bring the monthly kitting in-house to reduce expenses and increase margins.
Why are you selling this business?I had bought this business for myself and my wife to run but other projects have come up and I need to spend more time with them.
