The M4M brand is well-recognised among electronic scooter owners. M4M imports and distributes spare parts and designs and manufactures branded M4M accessories for Segway and Ninebot electronic scooters. We sell spare parts and accessories using Amazon FBA but also on our website https://www.more4motion.com whereby orders are fulfilled automatically from our professional fulfilment warehouse in Richmond, Virginia using a Shopify integration. 30-40% of revenue is derived from Amazon. We get high profit margins due to large purchasing power. Our peak period is November and December in the lead up to Christmas.

We make money from product sales on Amazon, our website and our dealer network in the US and Canada.

This is an ideal acquisition for a buyer interested in growing and developing a brand in the electric transportation industry. Most of our traffic is generated organically as the market is niche and M4M is known in the industry. This business is 4-years old and its operations are well-established. Our customer based is loyal and engaged. We have a network of dealers in the US and Canada. We have 15,000 on our database and have only performed ad-hoc email marketing in recent years.
