We are two associates passionate about online business. We created this boutique following a success with an old one. We use the drop shipping business model. It is important for us to be able to work where and when we want, only with a computer.
Our knowledge and experience have guided us in the creation of this boutique. We wanted to create a brand around a product that would meet the needs of as many people as possible.After hours of research, we found this product, which we believe solves a recurring problem in our society.
We have very little real competition on this product. We have a good relationship with the supplier. We have one supplier for all of our products. As a result, we negotiated a discount on the price of the products. We communicate via Skype with him, the contact is fast and it very friendly.
Overall the site converts very well with a conversion rate of 3%. Very correct for an average shopping basket of $60.
How does your business make money?
We have a very good relationship with our supplier. We will give the contact to the buyer.The tasks consist in responding to customer mails (request for information, refund) which remain rare. This takes on average 15 minutes per day. Advertising management is also a task.Via the influencers or Facebook or Google Ads.Training will be included in the sale. We’ve spent over four months trying to figure out which influencer to choose and why. So the work is done. Then, simply process the orders via a 100% automated application.
Why should someone buy this business?
There's not much involved with running this business, as most of the leg work is already done and most of the work is completely outsourced for this business. Many months and tons of money optimizing the website and ads, target marketing, keywords, countries, audiences, placements, etc.. The most important and time consuming tasks of the business like product research, Ad Sets creation, Running successful Ad Campaigns, creating new product description, images and fulfilling order has been outsourced to few VA’s and marekting experts who charge very reasonable for the services, so that i can just focus on the business instead of focussing in the business.
Lots of money and time spent buying from and vetting the best suppliers in this niche, narrowing it down to only a select few who have fast processing times. Custom and unique product descriptions, tracking page and automated emails, the best free and least expensive apps to keep costs down.
How can the future owner improve this business?
Sales would increase sharply by using other means such as Facebook, Google Ads or retargeting. Currently, only a French influencer promotes our site. More than $20,000 made by him alone, in less than 4 months. We will therefore advise to duplicate this or to attack new market. We will also use emails. More than 500 emails. These are peoples who are already interested by the product and therefore potential customers. Finally, once this expansion is underway, we will customize products with logos for a quality brand image. Afterwards, we will delegate service and order processing tasks to save maximum time.
Why are you selling this business?We’re working together on this project.The shop is in full expansion, however for professional reasons we can not continue to develop this shop. We have other companies that take up most of our time.
