Monthly Subscription. Price has been tested at 3 different price point and has since settled at its current state.

There is also an opportunity for an affiliate link to be included to leverage on affiliate commission for other complementing software recommendation.

The website is fully built and functional. It is ready to be marketed and start increasing revenue. All the marketing that has been done thus far has been organic reach.

The new owner should explore paid marketing channels or could also explore affiliate marketing as an affiliate marketing system has been implemented on the platform already.

The content for the website is already automated. The whole business revolves around automation (automating the competitor analysis, pricing analysis and more).

It is uncommon to see a SAAS business with hours of work put in, but I got carried away as I really enjoyed building this tool and especially working on all the automation features which were my goal when starting this business.

How can the future owner improve this business?

1) Grow an affiliate network and start utilizing the affiliate system that has already been built.

2) Retarget the mailer list

3) Paid marketing channels.

Documentation of competitor analysis and their affiliate payout prices which will also be handed over.

All current competitor at our price range has fewer features that our product so new features are not necessary for the short term (6-12months).

The new owner could also explore getting into a higher price range which I have not explored. I started at a low price and increment it from there. Three price points tested.

There are competitors with a much higher price range with somewhat similar or slight more product offering so this is definitely something new to explore.

There's not much for the product side of things as product-market fit has been achieved especially at the current offering and at the current price.

Why are you selling this business?

I am selling this business as I am currently focusing on my other SAAS business. TheDropshipToolkit started off as a project to solve my own problem which I then saw an opportunity to turn it into a SAAS business. All the revenue has thus far been generated through organic channels. I saw this as a potential marketing channel so I integrated an affiliate system into the platform but did not eventually get to ramp up with it. Managing one SAAS business is hard enough so I am going to stick with my other SAAS business which has already gained traction.
