Why are you selling this business?This business is something that took me over 4 years to cultivate to what it currently is producing consistently. It's my baby. But at this point, it is growing fast and I miss out on a few great jobs every month due to lack of knowledge in the plumbing field. Yes I subcontract out the work and they handle it all but they are independent contractors and usually lack the necessary staff/crew to get a big job done. However, with answering the phones, communicating the project details to customers, or managing the plumbers, it is becoming more than I can handle. I have brought this company up from the ground up and my job is done. I have done the hard work and made an automatic biz model.
