Business Description

We dropship K-Pop (korean pop) items and Korean Fashion items to a large established customerbase.

How does your business make money?

Dropshipping model.

Why should someone buy this business?

We do not currently use paid advertising. By adding this to your marketing plan, this store can generate immense amounts of revenue. K-Pop is currently gaining public awareness, and growing insanely fast. Catch the wave with this established, well-known store. I can see it becoming 7 or even 8 figures with someone who knows what they're doing. I don't, and someone who knows more about marketing can make this store the success it should be.

We have a list of 180 affiliates (influencers) who promote us, ensuring 1000-3000 daily visitors with no marketing other than the affiliates. Our email list is around 18000, and we have 30000 push notification permissions which have generated 10k alone in profit. We do not do paid advertising other than affiliates (10% rev share).

How can the future owner improve this business?

By using paid advertising.
By dedicating more time to the business than I currently can.
By adding more products and creating custom PL/POD items.
By being active on Social Media.

Why are you selling this business?

I have a new online store which I am focusing on, and I don't have time to run this one. Someone can make it be much better than I ever could with the help of paid advertising. I haven't worked on this store at all during 2019. That's why the large fluctuation. If someone took this as their main project, or dedicated more time for it, it would be a true success.
