Why are you selling this business?

I'm currently pursing my MBA at UNSW/Harvard, and working with a few friends on a healthtech startup - i'm struggling to spend time on this business. I've invested a ton of time/effort/money into this - really should be a no brainer to anyone that can see a good deal!
