How does your business make money?

We make money by online retail and wholesale sales. Please refer to P&L for split revenue from online retail and wholesale.

Why should someone buy this business?

The fitness industry is continuing to grow YOU as society becomes more health focus. An active lifestyle is not a trend, it is only becoming more and more popular. Three End is the perfect brand as it also incorporates street wear and therefore is not only limited to fitness. Three End is becoming extremely well known in the fitness industry with our customers pairing our gym wear with the biggest gym brands out there and associating our name with these brands. Given that Three End is strongly gym focused, there is never ending opportunities for a buyer to add other products to the brand such as supplement line as some brands are now doing this.

How can the future owner improve this business?

Three End would strongly benefit from being involved in fitness expos, pop up shops and being stocked in more stores to continue to promote brand awareness. Also putting Three End onto market places such. as Ebay and Amazon would be beneficial. We have a strong USA following on social media and therefore an expo overseas would also be beneficial for the future in order to promote brand awareness globally. We do however have a very loyal and strong Australian following with Australian's being our lead customer base so would strongly suggest an expo within Australia first.

Why are you selling this business?

In the last couple of years, a lot of work has gone into the start up of Three End Apparel and is a business that does require a lot of attention like any business does. Given that we are also currently looking into another project and also have 2 family businesses, it is becoming increasingly difficult to manage everything. We would love to see Three End continue to grow and take over the fitness apparel industry and strongly believe that it can and therefore have made the decision to watch it thrive in the hands of someone that can continue to give it 110% dedication.

I was a social worker for 3.5 years with a passion for working out and staying fit in order to keep my mental health in check. My goal has always been to own my own business and given that fitness has been my only hobby, I wanted to create a gym brand that could help motivate others and promote positive mental health.
