Facts and Figures
Kiwilou.com sells Print on Demand (Pillow Profit, Custom Cat, WC Fulfillment) and curated drop shipping products (from Oberlo) to a diverse customer base and into a range of evergreen niches.
How does your business make money?
We have our own part-time designers who create designs that speak to our niche customers and apply it to various POD products. We target them mainly through Facebook and Instagram Ads, via Lookalikes and similar groups.
Why should someone buy this business?
Our website targets evergreen niches, but is positioned in a way that allows it to accept new niches for testing as well. Given that we can't give it our full-time attention, we are confident that a new owner who would dedicate more time to it can grow it tenfolds.
How can the future owner improve this business?
Now that the business is established we believe that the focus should be building organic growth. With SEM and content initiatives and a stronger push for building a community we believe that within 6 months the sales can be split 60/40 between Direct and Organic sales respectively.
A more aggressive email marketing strategy could help improve sales dramatically - we've recently started working with an email marketing agency for this purpose.
Because our brand is general but splits up into different niches, it allows us to be fluid to test out any new products.
Why are you selling this business? The website was started as a side business and has become very successful, requiring more of our time. We unfortunately have to make the choice of letting go of this site in order to pursue our other full-time projects.
