Why are you selling this business?

I've been in online business for over 15 years and want to realise the assets by selling and moving on to other things. I want to buy a house in the countryside and start working in community based projects with a simple analog offline lifestyle. The funds from the sale will allow me to move and start again.

I honestly feel this has just scratched the surface of its potential and there is a lot of upside to grow and scale it up. But I don’t really have the expertise to take it beyond this point. A buyer with a good eye for Google Analytics and marketing skills (or can outsource the role) should have the opportunity to make a lot of money here.
